Across the organization, we have statistical process control, 7S, Six Sigma activities, continuous production data collection, well-designed procedures, and detailed documentation in place to for purposes of achieving a zero-defect goal.

The Capacity To Grow With You

We have over 5,000 employees and four manufacturing facilities. Our medical device OEM customers benefit from our 100K Cleanroom for molding and 10K Cleanroom for product assembly.

We have the flexibility of utilizing both high-speed automated assembly technology or the dexterity of skilled human assemblers, depending on the product type or assembly complexity.

By using production strategies such as demand flow technology (DFT) and continuous flow production, we keep our keep our assembly operations lean, and responsive. Our OEM customers in turn reap the benefits: on-time delivery, agility to match changing production demands, and competitive pricing.

Modern Manufacturing Planning

Our advanced enterprise resource planning (ERP) system allows us to both keep track of our assembly processes in real time and continually monitor material availability.
